No complaints, it was dope! Accommodation was big size and PLEASANT, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Enjoyed the location in the center of town. And it was also next to train/bus station as well as Germany where breakfast is king.
All good.

A great old hotel in the heart of Freiburg. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded us due to our reserved room was not available. Breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed in Europe for our 3 week holiday. Room was great - large corner room with good views. Easy walk from hotel to the shopping district of Freiburg. This is a "college town" so many young people are about - much energy here.
Parking can be somewhat of a challenge when arriving - but very manageable. Hotel provides discounted city garage parking rates ($9/day). A little bit of a walk to get to the garage - but still manageable.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb- lots of choices. Location was excellent- city centre. A 5 min walk to the old city area. Nice little balcony off the room.
No parking on site. Perferred rate at an underground city parking lot about a 3 minute drive away. Excellent directions to lot. The hotel's elevator is very small so huge suitcases are not ideal as you and your suitcase would be all that would fit into the elevator.

The bilingual (English & German, at least) were very gracious, helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was extensive and fresh. Plus, the location just a couple of easy blocks from the train station made it easy.

This place was absolutely great! Our room was fantastic (clean comfortable, sunny) and had a wonderful balcony! The hotel staff was very friendly (esp. B/c we came in after 12 midnight and had to check in). The breakfast buffet was awesome and could not ask for a better place!
Nothing, everything about the hotel was great!
